About Me

I am a Licenced Health/Stress/Life coach, Nutritionist, Vegan Chef, Yoga teacher (yin, restorative, medi, hatha & ashtanga), Wellness trainer &  Massage therapist.

I passionately offer people that live with chronic illness, are burned out, or just want a helping hand to live a healthier and fuller life, the help & guidance they need. A life filled with energy to do all the things they want to. Through Coaching and with a Personalized plan for Nutrition, Workout and/or Stress Management, we look at how you can live the life you want in the best way possible.

Sometimes we get stuck in life, be it our personal or professional life. Making changes can be hard & somewhat daunting. Sometimes there are so many things that don’t work, that it’s hard to know where to start, which can lead to a feeling of hopelessness.
