So we just stay where we are, in the safe notion of knowing what we have, but not what awaits at the other end of change. Having someone that guides & helps us see what is important to us can be very helpful, someone to lead us trough our process to change. When I coach you, I help you put into words what is important to you & what motivates you, we uncover your inner potential & make a plan for you to move forward.

For you who wants to be coached in a specific area of your life, work/family or other. With the help of questions & different exercises I help you see what is important to you. I coach you through your process of formulating your goal and how to achieve it in a way that works in your life. The aim of each session is to take you closer to achieving your goal. You get notes after each session to remind yourself of what you said & the plan you have made.
