I provide you with a meal plan where the focus is on a healthy & balanced plant based diet, which highlights all the things you can eat to feel good in your body & mind. A meal plan that is adapted to your dietary needs & life. Healthy food should be associated with enjoyment, not stress & restrictions.

Health Coaching

Through Health Coaching, I help you put into words what is important to you & what motivates you. We uncover your inner potential & make a plan for you to move towards a healthier & more balanced life. A life filled with energy to do the things you want.

During each coaching session I ask questions to make you verbalize & organize your thoughts, in order to make your goal/preferred state clearer to you. When you know where you have been & where you are, it’s so much easier to strive to where you want to be. I provide you with a detailed Nutritional plan, with recipes & a schedule for when to eat which meal. A plan that suits your nutritional needs, preferences, access to equipment & amount of time you have to spend on cooking each day. The focus is on what you can eat, not what you have to abstain from.

You get your Nutritional plan in a document or the Wellness by Emmely app , where you can see all your recipes & meal plan. You also get a digital journal where you can write how you are feeling, how the different meals make you feel, what you eat, how well you sleep etc. That way you can easily track how you are affected by what you eat & do during the day.

Seeing how it’s easy to forget what you talk about & what conclusions you make during a session I take notes, that I organize & send to you in a document, regardless of which package you chose. That way you can easily go back & refresh your memory whenever you need to.

Together with  your Nutritional plan, I use different techniques taken from Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to guide you towards where you want to be, the life you want to live.

Very often when we think of diet we think of restrictive diets such as LCHF, Paleo, Keto etc. We think of losing those extra pounds/kgs to get into our old jeans. When the focus is on what we have to abstain from & how much we can sacrifice to lose those pounds/kgs it is easy to get fixated with what we eat. Creating unhealthy habits & an unhealthy body image. If we instead focus on what we can eat & all the ways we can make delicious & nutritious food, that not only caters to our needs, but that satisfy our wants. If we focus on creating a healthy lifestyle so that we feel better about ourselves & our bodies, then the chance of us succeding is much higher. Instead of going on a crash diet where we eventually fail or gain weight because we are done with the 2 week diet. We then set ourselves up for success & long term change, instead of failure & once again proving to ourselves that we suck.


What we eat affects our body in many ways. In order to function optimally we need the right amount of nutrients such as fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals. Having deficiencies or surpluses of different nutrients can cause problems in the body & sometimes lead to disease. With a balanced & nutritious diet we can increase our energy, make our body work better & reverse or prevent diseases.

Coaching is a way to work with realising goals/preferred states. Through questions The Coach helps you clarify your wants & needs & how you achieve your goal in the best way possible. The Coach helps you uncover your potential, strengths & what motivates you to make the change. In order to make lasting change it is imperative that we know why making it is important to us, otherwise we often quit. The Coach doesn’t give you a set solution to your problems, but helps you uncover in what way you want to change & how you are going to achieve it. Coaching is a bit like helping the coachee see, & be made aware of, their thoughts in order to make change.

Making changes in your life is sometimes hard & daunting. You have to put in the time & work if you want to see those changes. I will be by your side guiding you through your process, but I can’t make the changes for you. Real change takes hard work & dedication to make happen.
