Flavourful Peanut Tempeh

Ingredients
- 200 g Tempeh natural
- 1/4 cup (½ dl) coconut milk
- 3 tbsp peanut butter (or any other nut/seed butter)
- 1/2 cup (1 dl) vegan worcester sauce
- 1-2 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tsp lime juice
- A few drops of sesame oil (can be omitted)
- 1 pinch salt (can be omitted)
Eat with
- Black or white rice
- Quinoa
- Salad-for example diced cucumber & mango
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Mix the coconut milk, worcester sauce, lime juice, sambal oelek, sesame oil, peanut butter into a skillet.
- Cook the tempeh in the sauce for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce has been reduced & is thicker.
- Serve with rice & salad, for example diced cucumber & mango. Enjoy!
