Being kind towards ourselves isn’t always easy, it’s so much easier to let our inner critic take over. Ignore & override is very common when we are stressed or in pain, we simply do it to continue functioning. Unfortunately it is also a large part in why we don’t get better. I provide you with techniques to be kinder & more understanding towards yourself, your body &/or pain
Sleep Management
Sleep is imperative to good health. It is when we sleep that our brain & body get to rest, process & recharge. Unfortunately it is something that easily gets disturbed when we are stressed, in pain or dealing with hardship. With Sleep Management I provide you with different tips on small adjustments you can make in your daily life to improve your sleep quality.
