Working out has been proven to, among other things, affect our general well-being, reduce the risk of multiple diseases & stress, make us more equipped to deal with life & make us happier. I provide you with personalized workouts that cater to your needs, preferences & level.

Health Coaching

Through Health Coaching, I help you put into words what is important to you & what motivates you. We uncover your inner potential & make a plan for you to move towards a healthier & more balanced life. A life filled with energy to do the things you want

During each coaching session I ask questions to make you verbalize & organize your thoughts, in order to make your goal/preferred state clearer to you. When you know where you have been & where you are, it’s so much easier to strive to where you want to be. I provide you with a plan with workout classes & active breaks-short 10 minute sessions that you can use to get some movement into your day, that suit your needs, preferences & level.

You get your Workout plan in a document, where you can see all your exercises. Plus a digital journal where you can write how you are feeling, how the different classes and exercises make you feel, what you eat, how well you sleep etc. That way you can easily track how you are affected by what you do during the day.

Seeing how it’s easy to forget what you talk about & what conclusions you make during a session I take notes, that I organise & send to you in a document, regardless of which package you chose. That way you can easily go back & refresh your memory whenever you need to.

Together with different Workout sessions, & active breaks, I use different techniques taken from Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to guide you towards where you want to be, the life you want to live.

Workout is basically anything you do to move your body. Often when thinking about working out we see someone muscular, sweating, either by running (cardio) or working out at the gym (strength). But working out is so much more. There is something for everyone, regardless of your experience, physical abilities, preferences & access to equipment.

Working out doesn’t have to cost a fortune, nor do you have to go to the gym to do it. You can do it from the comfort of your own home, with whatever equipment you have at home, a rope, rubberband, filled bottles as weights. Only your imagination can stop you from working out. For some, comparing themselves to athletes is inspiring, to others it’s what makes them not want to workout, because there’s no way they will look that way or be able to do what they do. Focus on you, what you like, what’s important to you & your level, the rest will fall into place. Any workout is good workout, the important thing is to do it, do what you enjoy doing and in a way that works for you.

Coaching is a way to work with realising goals/preferred states. Through questions The Coach helps you clarify your wants & needs & how you achieve your goal in the best way possible. The Coach helps you uncover your potential, strengths & what motivates you to make the change. In order to make lasting change it is imperative that we know why making it is important to us, otherwise we often quit. The Coach doesn’t give you a set solution to your problems, but helps you uncover in what way you want to change & how you are going to achieve it. Coaching is a bit like helping the coachee see, & be made aware of, their thoughts in order to make change

Making changes in your life is sometimes hard & daunting. You have to put in the time & work if you want to see those changes. I will be by your side guiding you through your process, but I can’t make the changes for you. Real change takes hard work & dedication to make happen.

* Circuit training is a series of exercises that are performed after each other. They can be made with or without weights &/or rubber band, focusing on strength &/or cardio depending on your preference. 

* Tabatha/HIIT intervals, is a series of exercises that are performed at a high pace with a timer, 45 seconds workout followed by 15 seconds rest.
