I provide you with private workout sessions that cater to your needs, preferred level of intensity & access to equipment.
* Circuit training is a series of exercises that are performed after each other. They can be made with or without weights &/or rubber band, focusing on strength &/or cardio depending on your preference.
* Tabatha/HIIT intervals, is a series of exercises that are performed at a high pace with a timer, 45 seconds workout followed by 15 seconds rest.
